If you ever receive a message requesting your jobsDB log-in, email address, password or other personal details please:

  • ignore the request, and do not click on links in the email
  • do not provide any information (we have it already)
  • please forward the email to CS@jobsDB.co.id or contact us at 6221 5367 8888

If you believe your jobsDB account has been accessed, please change your jobsDB password immediately and contact jobsDB Customer Service.


If you accidentally click on links in a fraudulent email we suggest you do a virus check.


If you ever provide your password to a fraudulent site then we recommend you change your password on jobsDB and any other site where you use that password.
